Held at the Honbu Dojo at the Harrow Leisure Centre by the Chief Instructor Sensei
N.B. Adamou 8^thDan. The beginner courses are for adults and children, and take place once a week over a period of 6 weeks on Saturday at 12:00pm. The full 6 weeks should be payable in advance either by cheque or cash. The dates of the next beginner courses can be found to the right of this section.

Please note: All beginners must turn up 20mins before the first lesson; this will ensure that you have enough time to compleate your Beginner Booking Form. Click here for your Biginners Booking Form (Biginners Booking Forms can also be requested from the IASK Club Secretary on the day)

When training we advise you wear lose clothing; preferably sports clothing (tracksuits bottom and t-shirt), no foot wear is necessary. Finally any jewellery must be removed or securely covered.

Official IASK clothing and products can be purchased through the IASK Club Secretary.

Please note: These courses are STRICTLY for beginners.
